RETURNS INFORMATION

Once you have received your Parka London products, if you want to return the product(s) because it is not the right size then please follow the instructions below.

Please be aware that if you return any Parka London product(s) ALL product(s) being returned must be unused with all Parka London tags, labels and packaging (if applicable) still attached and not damaged. Returns that are used and/or the packaging or labels damaged or removed, will not be accepted and we will send the relevant Parka London product(s) back to you.

This shipping and returns policy only applies to Parka London products purchased via our website at www.parkalondon.com. This returns policy does not apply to purchases of Parka London products from third party retailers or wholesalers. If you have purchased Parka London product(s) from a third party retailer or wholesaler and you wish to exchange the relevant product(s), please contact the party that you purchased the product(s) from.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Parka London account or future orders being refused.

UK RETURNS PROCESS

• Please return within 14 days of receipt. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• Please circle your reason for return on the returns document received with your order, if other please note in comments section on document.
• Please include the returns document with any goods returned to Parka London.
• Once a return has been received back and accepted, we will then initiate a refund back to the original purchasing method. Please allow up to 30 days for this show in your account.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKA LONDON DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING, THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE IF THE DELIVERY IS REFUSED.

• Please complete and include any relevant customs forms with any goods returned to Parka London.
• Once a return has been received back and accepted, we will then initiate a refund back to the original purchasing method. Please allow up to 30 days for this show in your account.
• If the return is due to refused delivery, we reserve the right to charge a £50 restocking fee upon receipt of the parcel back into our warehouse.
