No problem to return for an exchange or refund, just follow the instructions on the site under ‘Returns’ at the bottom of each page.
There should be a returns form with the packing note sent with your order, just mark on there that you wish to exchange and for which size. Alternatively, note that you would like a refund.
The warehouse will do the rest.
If you didn’t receive this form, write on a piece of plain paper your name, order number and that you either want a refund or you wish to exchange for the product name, size and colour.
No. Unfortunately, as an independent business we are not in a position to offer free returns. If you wish to return or exchange an item, it is your responsibility as the customer to cover the cost of this so please ensure you are happy to do so before placing an order. We do however continue to subsidise the cost of shipping as the cost of our delivery partners continue to rise. More information can be found on the Delivery page.

Unfortunately, since brexit, countries outside of the UK charge local taxes and duties which are payable by the customer.
If you refuse delivery and we are required to restock the item, we will refund you the total amount minus the restocking fee.
