SHIPPING
- The cost of shipping continues to rise however as a brand, we do not feel that all of this cost should be put onto our community. We will continue to subsidise the costs to deliver your order with our delivery providers and cover the full cost of shipping on orders over a certain threshold.
- You will be charged for shipping Parka London products to you that are purchased through this website, which do not exceed the order minimums for your territory, to cover the cost of our delivery providers.
- You can track your shipping entirely. Our order fulfilment software will keep you updated about the progress of each order online.
- Every address is checked as it enters our system. We will notify you if we notice any errors, so you can correct them and prevent unwanted shipping delays. You will receive a unique link to an online portal, where the Parka London product(s) purchased can be tracked, in real-time, through our pick and pack, labelling and shipping partners.
- For delivery outside of the UK, local duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer. We do not have any control over this.

UK Standard Delivery Despatched by Royal Mail Tracked – £5

UK Express Next Day Delivery Despatched by DHL Domestic – £12
- Order by 1pm UK local time to receive your purchase next business day.
- If an order is made before 1pm on a Friday, we expect you to receive your order on Monday. If an order is made after 1pm on a Friday and before 1pm on Monday, we expect you to receive your order on a Tuesday.

FREE EUROPEAN Standard Delivery on orders over £300
European Shipping Flat Rate - £15
All European orders sent tracked from the UK, please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Local duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery information is correctly entered at checkout and that requests from courier companies are responded to.
If an order is refused delivery due to non-payment of local duties and taxes, undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered or a customer is uncontactable, we reserve the right to charge a £50 restocking fee upon receipt of the parcel back into our warehouse.

All International orders sent tracked from the UK, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Local duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
If an order is refused delivery due to non-payment of local duties and taxes, we reserve the right to charge a £50 restocking fee upon receipt of the parcel back into our warehouse.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH
The order cut-off time for same day dispatch is 1pm UK local time. Purchases made after 1pm UK local time on a Friday and during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
